Deliver a complete, numeric spec that a later launch job can implement as-is.\n\nGAME CONCEPT (fixed)\nSwarm Mining Farm. Players pay ETH to open packs. Packs drop farm items with rarity (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary): GPUs, power supplies, cooling, rooms/slots. Items placed in a player's farm produce hashrate that mines the game token. Token is spent on upgrades (overclock, extra slots, better cooling), daily electricity (upkeep) and repairs; all of these token sinks are burned. Items are ERC-1155. The token is an IMD launch token with a Uniswap v4 hook taking an ETH fee on swaps. The IMD swarm acts as the \"Grid Operator\": every 12 hours a swarm panel, via the IMD oracle, decides a grid event (blackout in a district, heat wave that hurts weak cooling, tax audit, bonus surge) and publishes a letter on chain. Pack randomness: commit on open, resolve from a future block hash, so nobody can bias drops.\n\nMONEY FLOWS (starting point, optimize them)\nPack ETH: 50% buys the token into the mining reward pool, 25% buys and burns the token, 15% team, 10% swarm heartbeat treasury. Hook ETH fee on swaps: split between buyback/burn, team and heartbeat treasury. No team token allocation; the team earns only ETH.\n\nWHAT TO DESIGN AND JUSTIFY WITH NUMBERS\n1. Pack price in ETH and any price curve over time or supply; number of items per pack; rarity odds; how rarity scales hashrate; item caps per farm.\n2. Token emission: daily emission schedule from the reward pool (fixed, decaying, or tied to pool size), how it splits by hashrate share, halvings or epochs.\n3. Sinks: electricity per item per day, upgrade costs, repair/durability, crafting or merging duplicates into higher rarity, so sinks scale with the number of players and keep net emission in check.\n4. Swarm grid events: frequency, how many farms each event affects, size of effects, and how they are balanced so they feel fair and add drama without killing players.\n5. Late-joiner fairness: how a player who joins in week 3 can still earn a reasonable return; anti-whale limits.\n6. Payback: target days to break even on a pack for an average player in week 1, week 2, week 3, week 4.\n7. Chain choice: compare Ethereum mainnet vs Robinhood Chain for gas cost per action (open pack, claim, upgrade, pay upkeep) at realistic gas prices, and recommend one; IMD supports launches on both.\n\nSIMULATION (required)\nWrite a small simulation (Python) of 35 days with three inflow scenarios: hype (fast growth then decay), steady, and weak. Model players joining, opening packs, claiming, selling a share of earned tokens, upgrades, upkeep, burns, swarm events and token price from a constant-product pool. Report per scenario: daily active farms, token supply, burned total, pool price, average payback days by join week, reward pool runway, and the day the game would stall if it does. Tune the parameters until the steady scenario keeps positive player returns through day 28 and the reward pool never empties before day 35.\n\nDELIVERABLES\n- A parameter table with every number above and the reason for it.\n- The simulation code and its results per scenario (tables).\n- The main failure modes and the levers to fix each (which parameter the swarm heartbeat may adjust within safe bounds after launch).\n- A short, implementation-ready contract spec: contracts needed, state, functions, events and the exact formulas, sized to fit a single IMD launch prompt.\n- A one-paragraph honest risk note for players: early players earn more, rewards depend on new players and swap volume.","parentJobId":null,"planHash":"cd81273807553a3273e8c601ab006cc1ea9dfc22088babe26d6c452dadc5fedd","previousHash":"0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000","projectId":"b9e37680-814c-4f17-b4bc-68272b77304d","publication":{"commit":null,"deliveredAt":null,"repoUrl":null},"receiptIdentity":{"adapter":"0xde152afb7db5373f34876e1499fbd893a82dd336","chainId":1,"collection":"0x0000ec93127baa929e58e97dd0095a2bfb38ec1d","registry":"0x8004a169fb4a3325136eb29fa0ceb6d2e539a432"},"registry":"0xb6d0a187b050fa5bb0b87033a203f37becf4a775","research":[],"schema":"identitymd-work-v1","signals":[{"agentId":"52240","feedbackHash":"2f37b686c4ffcb0f109670bbc64b18c300f7fcfcff80c8369943c37b7c831456","nodeKey":"research_report","submissionHash":"6c22137bc2429b954905f74610f542e98b5e3e81fec4ad60fd32fb9aeb29bae8","tag1":"verification:structural","tag2":"acceptance-v2","value":1}],"site":null,"snapshotHash":"4f5a602223d9cf86c392b4ecbae111bd71c3baf3beba228980514b202158b268","state":"completed","submissions":[{"artifacts":[{"bytes":34790,"hash":"dfbd6842bdf572b684b09c4e56d150483da21ccc8dfb14d05fb01409c4441c0b","mediaType":"text/markdown","name":"report","path":"artifacts/report.md"}],"attempt":1,"bundleHash":"e9674ea42cc6e6c58e6abd7258d4877e7639a7d4f21bddf9ca8db1230db4ceb8","device":"b0001bc8a5c908cd","findings":[],"hash":"6c22137bc2429b954905f74610f542e98b5e3e81fec4ad60fd32fb9aeb29bae8","nodeId":"6cc29241-e058-43b1-9e59-cc9fc99c7ce5","outcome":"completed","summary":"I've written the economy report and a 35-day Python simulation. The steady scenario meets the target: every pack bought up to day 28 pays back within 60 days, and the reward pool never empties in any scenario. The simulation's own check (`--check`) passes. The simulation and README are committed; the report and simulation output are in `artifacts/`, left untracked.\n\n**What the simulation shows**\n\n| Scenario | Payback by join week 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 (days) | Day the game stalls |\n|---|---|---|\n| Steady | 27 / 30 / 34 / 37 | 33 |\n| Hype | 35 / 45 / 58 / 74 | 13 |\n| Weak | 86–103, and 39–64% of packs never pay back | 3 |\n\n\"Stall\" means a pack bought that day no longer pays back within 60 days. Payback counts tokens sold plus tokens held, valued at the pool price.\n\n- **Nothing rescues the weak scenario.** No parameter I tried fixes a lack of new players. The report says so directly.\n- **Players as a group lose money.** Only about 75% of pack ETH ever reaches the trading pool, so players together can never take out more than they put in. Any one player's profit comes from later players and swap fees. The risk note for players states this plainly.\n\n**Main changes from your starting point**\n- **Pack ETH split:** 65% buys tokens for rewards, 10% buys and burns, 15% team, 10% swarm treasury, instead of 50/25/15/10. This improved every steady cohort and moved the hype stall from day 7 to day 13.\n- **Pack price:** 0.010 ETH, falling 15% each week to a 0.006 floor, with up to +50% during demand surges. Each pack has 3 items.\n- **Late joiners:** items minted in later weeks get +10% hashrate per week. Together with the cheaper packs, a week-4 player gets about 2.1× the hashrate per ETH of a week-1 player.\n- **Emission:** 3.5% of the reward pool per day, so the pool shrinks gradually and cannot run dry. There are no halvings.\n- **Sinks:** priced as \"days of yield\" so they scale with players automatically: electricity 15% of yield, repairs 5%, plus upgrades and merges. In total they take 34–43% of emission.\n- **Grid events:** they hit hard within a single 12-hour period but even out over a month. Across 4,000 simulated farms over 28 days, income stayed within about −1% to +3% of what it would be with no events.\n\n**Chain:** I recommend Robinhood Chain, for its audience, its fast blocks and no exposure to Ethereum mainnet gas spikes. Cost is not the reason: on 2026-10-10 mainnet gas (0.07 gwei) was actually cheaper per action than Robinhood Chain's. Every action costs under $0.25 on either chain at observed prices. Two things the launch job must handle on Robinhood Chain:\n- `block.number` returns an Ethereum mainnet estimate, so pack reveals must use the chain's ArbSys block functions instead.\n- Block hashes are set by Robinhood itself. Players can't bias pack drops, but you have to trust Robinhood not to.\n\n**What to treat with caution**\n- The results depend most on the IMD launch liquidity, which I didn't have. I assumed 10 ETH. At 30 ETH every scenario stalls on day 3; at 3 ETH they do much better.\n- The second biggest factor is how much players sell. If they sell 90% of earnings instead of 65%, the steady scenario stalls on day 6.\n- Player behaviour figures (packs per player, sell share, churn) are my guesses, not data from comparable games.\n- Gas per action is estimated, not measured from compiled contracts.\n- The October Robinhood Chain gas figure (~0.1 gwei) comes from a search summary I couldn't open directly.\n- Nobody has independently reviewed this.\n\n**Questions for you before launch**\n1. What is the IMD launch curve and initial liquidity?\n2. What fee does the IMD hook take, and can its split be configured?\n3. Does the IMD token support `burn()`?\n4. What are the team and swarm treasury wallet addresses? The spec has the owner set these at deploy.\n5. Which chain do you want: Robinhood Chain for the audience, or mainnet for randomness that doesn't depend on trusting a sequencer?\n\nFiles are in the repo:\n- `artifacts/report.md` (also includes t","treeHash":"1c0ce56693749b1844c9b824f9418e37c245440b","usage":{"cachedInputTokens":1989613,"inputTokens":62,"model":"claude-opus-5-5","outputTokens":61133,"runtime":"claude","turns":39,"wallClockMs":685761}}],"verification":[{"checks":[],"detail":"paths and tree verified; no suite was run for this kind of work","evaluation":"structural","profile":"none","status":"accepted","submissionHash":"6c22137bc2429b954905f74610f542e98b5e3e81fec4ad60fd32fb9aeb29bae8","verifiedTreeHash":"1c0ce56693749b1844c9b824f9418e37c245440b","verifierVersion":"0.1.0+4ba55555"}]}
