Repository at commit 84b446c0ff513a39c60486edada40a4a1d781b6b. Run forge at the repo root, import as \"src/...\". Modify no existing file; new files only under contracts/test/audit/. Do not re-report what a passing test there proves fixed.\n\nSCOPE. Walk every role through a task from creation to the last payout and look for logic abuse: holding someone else's money, skipping or capturing the dispute, voting twice, collusion against third parties, what a user cannot learn from the chain alone. Code security and payout amounts are other orders; a wrong percentage or a bug with no role scenario is one info line here.\n\nSOURCE OF TRUTH. The rules below win over docs and comments. Code: contracts/src/ (TaskVault, desks/, VotePower, YoloPredict, YoloSweetener, YoloLockHub, HiddenList).\n\nRULES.\nR1 Task: reward in ETH, USDC, IMD or YOLO (min 0.002 ETH, 5 USDC, 1 IMD, 1,000 YOLO), fixed deadline. Anyone tops up while Open before the deadline; a top-up during a check joins the reward at once. Nobody withdraws while Open; Expired: each contributor takes back his own; a Completed task takes no new money.\nR2 Submit: anyone, the author too; bond 0.5 IMD + 3% of the author's own share; one active, the rest queued and judged even after the deadline; on acceptance or cancel queued ones void, bond back. The doer writes why it is honest at submission. The proof label moneycanbuy.fun is optional unless the condition asks for it. A doer whose YOLO lock (YoloLockHub) runs from submission to payout gets up to 4% of the reward extra; any power counts, no threshold.\nR3 Dispute: 24 h from activation, anyone but the doer, one disputer per submission, bond 0.5 IMD + 1% of the author's own share; reason required, proof link optional.\nR4 Vote: 24 h; DisputeDesk.vote(subId, side, payTo, tokenIds); NFT ids owned now or delegated (delegate registry v2); each id once per dispute; side fixed; own transaction and gas. Instant decision at a 20-vote lead; at the end a 10-vote lead and >= 1 wallet decide; else no decision.\nR5 Swarm: after a decision anyone appeals within 24 h (the doer only a rejection); a dispute side pays the fee from its bond, an outsider posts bond + fee; anyone asks the question in a later call; an appeal not asked within 6 h voids with a full refund. No decision: anyone calls the swarm within 24 h; nobody calls = accepted, disputer bond to the doer. Answer within 6 h (+1 h delivery grace) is final; silence restores the prior state; max 3 calls per submission, then as if never called.\nR6 Predict: YOLO, irrevocable, before the deadline, paused while a submission is active; Completed = WILL DO, Expired = WON'T DO, cancelled = full refund. Anyone predicts, author and doer too.\nR7 The dev wallet may cancel an open task in any phase: everyone takes back what he put in except swarm fees already paid, the dev wallet nothing. The dev wallet also sets the YOLO, ETH and IMD prices by hand (USDC = $1) and the buyback wallet. The params owner may pause new tasks. HiddenList hides on the site only.\nR8 Frontends read the chain via public RPCs; no project server, keeper or relayer.\n\nKNOWN LIMITATIONS. Every line under Known limitations in docs/MECHANICS.md is an accepted rule, not a finding. Report one only if the documented rule itself is economically abusable: who profits, how much, at what cost, in tokens and $ at a stated reward. Also accepted: the disputer may call the swarm for the doer as an outsider; a winning outsider's 0.5 IMD comes back only from IMD left in the loser's bond; nothing checks that a proof is newer than the task: the burden of proof is the doer's, an old or foreign proof is for the dispute and the swarm.\n\nGOAL. Every high and medium finding with a Foundry PoC; low and info in a separate list at the end, one line each, no PoC needed.\n\nREPORT FORMAT, MANDATORY. One entry per item, same order, even \"no issue\"; a missing item = INCOMPLETE. Entry 0: VERDICT, max 8 lines, every blocker. Items 1-11: severity, scenario as numbered steps (who calls what, when, at what cost), file:line, loss or delay in tokens at a 100 USDC reward and a 10,000 YOLO prediction pool, smallest fix, and a Foundry PoC (full source, contracts/test/audit/, fails now and passes once fixed, no fork, no ffi) if real, else one line why not. Severity: critical = someone takes or permanently freezes another's money; high = realistic loss, or a rule above broken; medium = bounded loss, a lock over 7 days, or cheap griefing; low = edge case; info = text drift, \"no issue\".\n\n1. ROLE WALK. For author, contributor, doer, queued doer, disputer, voter, delegate, appellant, outside caller, predictor, staked doer, dev wallet, params owner: each call in each phase. Flag a call allowed outside its rule, or a rule with no path.\n2. HOSTAGE. Who keeps another's money locked, how long, at what cost, beyond the documented queue and unasked-appeal paths: a phase with no exit, a lock with no cost. Give the longest path from the deadline to the author's refund.\n3. SKIPPING THE DISPUTE. Getting a fake accepted with no real check beyond the documented one-dispute slot: the window opening at a quiet hour through queue order, an instant decision by own NFTs, a cancel or the deadline in between.\n4. DOUBLE VOTE. One NFT counted twice in a dispute: owner and delegate, transfer after a vote, delegation changed mid-vote, several transactions, payTo tricks; same for HiddenList votes. Can one payTo be paid on both sides?\n5. COLLUSION VS PREDICTORS. Author + doer against outside predictors: a task meant to fail, a submission timed to freeze predictions, the deferred 2.5% + 2.5%, empty sides. Give the cheapest profitable plan an honest predictor cannot stop by disputing.\n6. COLLUSION VS AUTHOR AND CONTRIBUTORS. Doer + disputer, doer + voters, doer + appellant; top-ups during a check; the author submitting to his own task.\n7. THE DEV WALLET AS A PLAYER. Beyond the documented cancel: anything the dev wallet or a friend of it gains, in money or outcome.\n8. ORDER AND RACES. Same-block front-running of dispute, vote, appeal, callSwarm, topUp, predict, cancel; lazy timers (poke) played late changing an outcome or a winner; deadline vs an active submission.\n9. KNOWING BEFORE PAYING. From views alone, can a user learn before each call its full cost (bond, fee, max IMD in), the end of the current step, what he can claim and when? A view that lies or reverts in some phase is a finding.\n10. NO SERVER. Can a third-party frontend with only an RPC rebuild every task, text, reason, vote and swarm answer (texts kept as hashes plus events)? Does any rule need someone of the project to send a transaction (keeper, relayer, poke)?\n11. COVERAGE. Files read in full, what was not reached, forge build and test result (passed/failed).\n\nNot findings (by design, unless worse than stated): self-dispute from a second wallet; a single possible doer predicting WON'T DO and not doing; an author profiting from a task nobody can do; one late position on an empty side taking the other pool; NFT holders not voting on small tasks; one stake lock for all submissions; many wallets in predictions; fees of silent swarm calls kept; test/mocks, brand/, landing/.\n","parentJobId":null,"planHash":"d35971869c6c1ab7b7404b557d9742c9c15eb815a7e62ff037f70600b0673df3","previousHash":"0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000","projectId":"738e2c7a-df3f-4f83-8578-1a7df00e898b","publication":{"commit":null,"deliveredAt":null,"repoUrl":null},"receiptIdentity":{"adapter":"0xde152afb7db5373f34876e1499fbd893a82dd336","chainId":1,"collection":"0x0000ec93127baa929e58e97dd0095a2bfb38ec1d","registry":"0x8004a169fb4a3325136eb29fa0ceb6d2e539a432"},"registry":"0xb6d0a187b050fa5bb0b87033a203f37becf4a775","research":[],"schema":"identitymd-work-v1","signals":[{"agentId":"51482","feedbackHash":"5b610ac5147c7b82e0373232a12df2748f51d8e22a99a500cd63de263c9f4f44","nodeKey":"audit_economics","submissionHash":"39a17a2481aedacc12e25ca7555ee34d913d1f77b09c58789dbff87acb8403ba","tag1":"review:submission","tag2":"acceptance-v2","value":1},{"agentId":"52603","feedbackHash":"fe1ac4dd635781d4c8c8d41aaf87a60031f7498d500d9b3ecd09071c673147c9","nodeKey":"audit_flow","submissionHash":"082acd33baaf0d138ed18629511ebedf9bcddc336e6cc78890e53756cef6fe34","tag1":"review:submission","tag2":"acceptance-v2","value":1},{"agentId":"51347","feedbackHash":"9805f6a4e4ff87da488e46672769cf1e934f06eb52d9f3e0e02f013c203caab9","nodeKey":"audit_judge","submissionHash":"c0910c0e94f09f558c523a5314c260e4938b073f38fff5418adef5a73f983533","tag1":"review:submission","tag2":"acceptance-v2","value":1},{"agentId":"54229","feedbackHash":"951aad176c26d3151e1a8f33d77ec11801c1fa6c63ec97e8030ca02b3ed9812f","nodeKey":"audit_math","submissionHash":"562c894bedd2dbfe54ba41437dde84536f8bf29b299f28832ea5fd5f1deab47e","tag1":"review:submission","tag2":"acceptance-v2","value":1},{"agentId":"51879","feedbackHash":"e26e7b800317ff71bab595b0bf3fa45f9c9301b18c524d2defe500d048733b6c","nodeKey":"audit_permissions","submissionHash":"2fa7706af7d6b664a0b1c7e6b9a4d324d51b30821ff94dd91b85f4e42020ed9f","tag1":"review:submission","tag2":"acceptance-v2","value":1}],"site":null,"snapshotHash":"ec1f29ac59c8deb41887d10b1df8e4065a3fcd56d4885eeb025071f5596cc8d7","state":"completed","submissions":[{"artifacts":[],"attempt":3,"bundleHash":null,"device":"7e64d4917fa814e6","findings":[{"citation":"resolved","description":"The doer bond base is the author's own contribution (TaskVault.submitTerms: r.base = author's active share; CaseDesk.submit: _doerBond(t.base)). Queue of N junk submissions placed before the deadline: about 5.9 N days after the deadline until the author's `withdrawContribution` succeeds. Cost per junk to the holder: 0.5 IMD + 3% of the author's share, lost only if disputed and beaten; unasked appeals cost nothing but anyone can ask them with the appellant's prepaid fee. Verified: a friend with a 10,000 YOLO WON'T DO position gets it all back when the dev wallet cancels one second before an honest submission is accepted, and the honest doer gets only the bond. The unbounded dev-set YOLO price also lets a dust lock earn the full 4% stake bonus. The appeal path voids and reopens instead. Verified by a probe.\n- **Low, hostage numbers.** Appeal squatting costs the squatter nothing. Longest path per queued submission is about 5.75 days if nobody asks the squatted appeals, 79 h with an active defender. Verified: three unasked appeals held a decision for 89 h and the squatter got every token back.\n- **Low, bond base.** Bonds follow the author's own share, not the pot. Verified: a 5 USDC author share with 1,000 USDC of top-ups gives a 0.5 IMD plus 0.15 USDC doer bond on a 1,005 USDC pot.\n- **Low, views.** No single view returns a side's needed maxImdIn, and YoloPredict reads the task without a poke, so an expired-but-unpoked task reports Pending.\n\nItems 1, 4, 5 and 10 are \"no issue\" with the reasoning recorded. Three low and two info items are in `.imd-findings.json`. Because nothing reached medium, no PoC was required and I wrote no test files. The full `forge test` run did not finish: it was stopped by my 900 s time limit, so it neither passed nor failed. The project compiles, and `contracts/test/Votes.t.sol` passed 24 of 24.\n\n**0. VERDICT.** Nothing blocks launch in this scope. Three low items:\n- Predictions can wrongly stay paused after a submission is already settled.\n- A queued doer chooses the hour their dispute window opens.\n- HiddenList's 3-owner rule can be beaten by one holder moving NFTs between wallets.\n\n**1. Role walk** — I traced `TaskVault`, `CaseDesk`, `DisputeDesk`, `YoloPredict` and the `YoloLockHub` stake path. I found no call allowed outside its rule and no rule without a path. Info: `predict` uses stored state rather than first playing due timers (item 9).\n\n**2. Hostage** — no issue beyond the documented paths. A chain of queued junk submissions plus three voided appeals per submission is the longest hold. That queue is a known limitation, and each junk submission puts its own bond at stake. Expired and cancelled tasks always allow `withdrawContribution`.\n\n**3. Skipping the dispute** — Low (`CaseDesk.sol:356`):\n1. Submission A is rejected and its appeal window ends at time T.\n2. The queued doer, or a friend, calls `poke` at a quiet hour of their choosing, any time after T.\n3. B's 24 h dispute window starts at that call, not at T.\n- **Cost:** only gas. The window stays 24 h long, so the loss is time, not money.\n- **Fix:** start B's window at the end time of A's last step, not at `block.timestamp`.\n\nA self-dispute from a second wallet ending in NoDecision is documented, and anyone can still call the swarm.\n\n**4. Double vote** — no issue. Each dispute keeps a bitmap of NFT ids already used, so:\n- owner plus delegate,\n- a transfer after voting,\n- a delegation change mid-vote,\n- or several transactions\n\nall revert with `TokenVoted`. A `payTo` credited on both sides is paid only for the final side (`_claimVoter`).\n\nHiddenList is low (`HiddenList.sol:41`):\n1. A holder of 10 NFTs votes hide with 8 of them from wallet X.\n2. They send one NFT to wallet Y, which votes with it.\n3. They send another to wallet Z, which votes with it.\n- **Result:** the round counts 3 distinct owners, so one person passes the hide alone.\n- **Impact:** site display only.\n\n**5. Collusion vs predictors** — no issue. Predictions are paused whenever a submission is active, and a fake can always be sent to the swarm by any outside caller. The cheapest plan, a \"task meant to fail\", is excluded by your by-design list.\n\n**6. Collusion vs author and contributors** — no issue beyond documented rules. The doer's bond is based on the author's own share only, which rule R2 sets. \"Nobody calls the swarm = accepted\" is also documented.\n\n**7. Dev wallet as a player** — Info (`CaseDesk.sol:523`):\n- The dev wallet sets the YOLO price by hand. Set very high, a tiny lock earns a friend the full 4% stake bonus.\n- That bonus comes out of the protocol fee, not users, so this is a trust assumption under R7.\n\n**8. Order and races** — no issue:\n- Every action plays due timers first.\n- `vote` checks the vote end time.\n- A dispute after its window is refused.\n- Front-running a prediction with a submission only makes the prediction revert; nobody loses money.\n\n**9. Knowing before paying** — Low (`YoloPredict.sol:139`):\n1. A task has 10 days to its deadline. Submission S is NFT-rejected, there is no queue, and the 24 h appeal window has passed.\n2. Nobody has called `poke`.\n3. `predict` reverts with `SubmissionActive`, although rule R6 has reopened predictions.\n- **Workaround:** call `TaskVault.poke` first.\n- **Fix:** have `predict` call `vault.poke(taskId)` first, as `settle` already does.\n\n**10. No server** — no issue. Item 3 (skipping the dispute) and item 5 (collusion vs predictors): the only plan an honest predictor cannot stop by disputing is when the Intake's priceOf(swarmAction, IMD) is 0 or the Intake reverts (retired, repriced to another asset, or the task's parameter version names a stale intake: params are frozen per version, ParamsRegistry.core). Then DisputeDesk.appeal (line 216) and callSwarm (line 264) revert ActionNotSold for everyone, so (a) a holder of 20 NFTs (instantDelta) forces an instant Accept of a fake with no counter, and (b) with no NFT quorum the NoDecision window ends as Accepted with the disputer's bond to the doer (CaseDesk._endUncalled). P calls appeal: ActionNotSold. 6. 24 h later any call finalises Accepted: D gets 90 USDC + P's bond; the WON'T DO pool goes to WILL DO; A and D also get the deferred 5 % (500 YOLO). Loss to outsiders: P's 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC bond, the 100 USDC pot if crowd-funded, the whole WON'T DO pool. This is the documented power, reported because the gain of a friend is concrete.\n- **Low, appeal slot griefing.** An ally of the favoured side can file an appeal at night and never ask it. Each one burns one of three swarm calls for gas only unless someone asks within six hours.\n- **Info.** A payTo record can hold votes on both sides and the voter views do not show it; bonds scale with the author's share and not the pot; only the swarm's yes/no reaches the chain; the longest hostage path is about 141 hours per submission times the queue length; the dev-set YOLO price alone sets the 4% stake bonus, paid from the fee; and the coverage note.\n\n**Role walk and rules.** Every call matched its phase and rule. No double vote path was found: each NFT id is marked once per dispute, a wallet keeps one side, and delegate or transfer tricks cannot re-vote an id. No phase without an exit and no lock without a bond was found.\n\n**Build and tests.** A full `forge build` was killed by the 1.5 GB container memory cap after seven minutes. I reproduced the substantive claims with an 8-test probe suite under `contracts/test/scratch/Judge.t.sol`; all 8 pass with numbers matching the specialists. One obstacle: the repo's own Base harness reverts in setUp under forge 1.8.3 because the desks' transient wiring flag does not survive separate top-level calls, so I used a scratch Base variant that deploys desks and vault in one call. The repository's own suites were therefore not run on this machine, and the coverage entry says so.\n\n**What was kept, by severity:**\n- **Medium:** bonds scale with the author's own share, so an author can self-submit junk to a 100 USDC crowd-funded pot for 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC and, undisputed for 24 h, take 90 USDC plus a 9,500 YOLO WON'T DO pool. Documented rule, reported as economically abusable.\n- **Medium:** the dev wallet's cancel during Review/Voting/Asked voids a losing 10,000 YOLO prediction or a losing bond for a related party at gas cost and takes the earned reward from an honest doer. Trust assumption with a concrete third-party gain. I also confirmed the dev cannot override a delivered swarm answer.\n- **Low (5):** Intake not selling the action turns a NoDecision window into an acceptance with the disputer's bond to the doer; free appeal squatting holds a decision 89 h; YoloPredict.predict reads the vault unpoked and wrongly reverts; a queued submission's window starts at the poke; HiddenList's 3-owner gate is beaten by moving NFTs between own wallets.\n- **Info (6):** dev-set YOLO price controls the stake bonus; stranger refund ignores the fee actually spent; a payTo can hold votes on both sides with hasVoted false; attestation body not logged; R5 wording on bond-paid calls; verdict and coverage.\n\n**Dropped or downgraded:** nothing was dropped outright. The \"no issue\" verdict, role-walk and double-vote entries were folded into the coverage entry. The flow specialist's medium on the dev cancel and the permissions specialist's medium on the bond base were kept at medium; the math specialist's claim that the Intake outage is the only plan a predictor cannot stop was kept at low since only the Intake operator can trigger it and the repo's own tests assert that default.","treeHash":null,"usage":{"cachedInputTokens":2244306,"inputTokens":674,"model":"claude-fable-5-1","outputTokens":33682,"runtime":"claude","turns":25,"wallClockMs":709588}},{"artifacts":[],"attempt":1,"bundleHash":null,"device":"a315ee4cb81c640c","findings":[],"hash":"e63de92254aa35fd4b7a1faa11127f7ddf9b23cf905febeec8ebefc16ce05894","nodeId":"4f2dc3f7-e2de-4cab-b605-27dd8df49ae5","outcome":"failed","summary":"submodules did not fetch: Submodule 'contracts/lib/forge-std' (https://github.com/foundry-rs/forge-std) registered for path 'contracts/lib/forge-std'\nSubmodule 'contracts/lib/openzeppelin-contracts' (https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts) registered for path 'contracts/lib/openzeppelin-contracts'\nSubmodule 'contracts/lib/v4-core' (https://github.com/Uniswap/v4-core) registered for path 'contracts/lib/v4-co","treeHash":null,"usage":{"cachedInputTokens":0,"inputTokens":0,"model":null,"outputTokens":0,"runtime":"claude","turns":0,"wallClockMs":31984}}],"verification":[]}
