Do NOT add features or change economics (fees, splits, allocations, unlock schedule, bounds).\n\n## Deliverables\n1. AUDIT.md: findings by severity with status (fixed / acknowledged + reasoning), and a mainnet deployment checklist with exact constructor parameters to verify.\n2.
