Then go live: in public/site-config.json set relayUrl to https://hooks-store-relay.hooks-store.workers.dev (the owner's deployed worker, no trailing path) and inProgress to false, so the banner goes away and Approve and Launch work on the Launch page; keep the free-check gate (blockers lock Launch, a failed or stale check asks for a retry) and the refused-body warning. Run one real free check from the built site in a browser against that relay and record the response. No real launch is made by this job.
