The rest of the tree was reviewed by IMD swarm job 37ac5d94-da10-4a27-84d9-246c17a2c3f7 and is NOT in scope except where the rail touches it.\n\nRounds 1 and 2 were IMD swarm jobs 9091d583-d490-481f-8015-08f9d4df9009 (commit 43935b0) and e9b9f179-0ede-42aa-8695-3c731c1dff64 (commit ac40001; 1 high, 1 medium, 6 low, 3 info). All round-2 findings were answered in the commit under review. The point of this round is to BREAK THE ROUND-2 FIXES and find what both rounds missed, not to restate them. The round-2 fixes:\n- High (the time-weighted bar followed a price HELD across the window: Aerodrome writes an observation on any state change, sync() is public): three things now stack. (1) twapGranularity is intended to be 48 completed intervals (>= 24 h) and the reference takes the pool's fee off (IAerodromeFactory.getFee(pool, stable) via pool.factory(); fee >= 10000 reverts referenceTonnes, which the plan treats as priceOff). (2) processInterval (intended 7200 s): one retirement per (project, depositor) per interval, revert TooSoon(nextAt); lastRetiredAt is set only on a retirement, not on a skip. (3) maxUsdcPerTonne (intended 45e6 USDC per 1e18 t): an ABSOLUTE ceiling checked in _offer as spend * 1e18 > maxUsdcPerTonne * tonnes -> priceOff. The fork test holds an 8,000 USDC pump for 25 h with sync() every 1801 s: the relative bar follows exactly and the ceiling refuses at $48.5/t. The NatSpec and docs/REGEN_RAIL.md state the residual: a mover who holds the pool off its average for a full window under the ceiling can take, per depositor, (24h / processInterval) x maxBatch x (1 - market / maxUsdcPerTonne) a day (about $790 at the intended values, against ~$15k of capital in the pool for a day).\n- Medium (the live aggregator quotes its curve regardless of the class vault, so a depleted class reverted every full batch after ~14M gas): _offer caps tonnes at IERC20(credit).balanceOf(classVault) before flooring; the rest of the batch's dollars carry.\n- Low: retireCreditViaKlima gets maxInputTokenIn = min(held, spend + spend*10/10000 + 100) and the same allowance (an execution that pulls more reverts SlippageExceeded and the credit is passed over); dollar remainders are per (project, depositor) (usdcOf[projectId][depositor]; a 1-wei depositor plans on its own zero carry and skips classEmpty); RegenRegistry's constructor(name, regenAddress, beneficiary) registers the first project in the registry's own creation (empty name = none) and DeployRegenRail uses it, then checks count()==1 and project(1).beneficiary; validRegenAddress returns false for any byte >= 0x80; DeployRegenRail preflight requires IUniswapV3Factory(ISwapRouter02(swapRouter02).factory()).getPool(weth, usdc, v3Fee) != 0 and a non-empty projectName.\n- Info: _onClamp reads ethUsd.aggregator(), minAnswer() and maxAnswer() with raw staticcalls and exact 32-byte return checks; a proxy without aggregator(), an aggregator with no code, or a malformed answer means \"no clamp\", never a revert.\n\nConfig now has 21 fields: registry, aggregator, usdc, kvcm, kvcmPool, classVault, creditA/B/C, venue, ethUsd, sequencerUptime (optional), maxFeedAge, minBatch, maxBatch, bountyBps, minOutBps, twapGranularity, minTonnesBps, maxUsdcPerTonne, processInterval. Intended Base values: 0.001 / 0.05 ether, bounty 50 bps, minOut 9700, maxFeedAge 3600, granularity 48, minTonnes 9500, ceiling 45e6, interval 7200. Everything else is as the round-1 and round-2 briefs described; read the source.\n\nReview questions (each needs a concrete answer):\n- The ceiling and the interval. With the relative bar assumed beaten (a full-window hold), is the stated residual right, and is there a cheaper path: many depositors for one project (anyone can deposit under any address; does the per-depositor interval let a mover process its OWN deposits faster, and does that matter when the loss is the project's?), a pump that sits just under the ceiling, a ceiling-tolerant partial hold, or exploiting the fee-exclusive/inclusive difference? Can lastRetiredAt be reset or bypassed (a skip, a revert, a forfeited bounty, a receiver redeploy)? Is the interval a liveness problem for the bridge receiver (one batch per 2 h = 0.6 ETH/day per depositor)?\n- The vault cap. IERC20(credit).balanceOf(classVault) is read as \"retirable supply\": is that what the live Klima aggregator actually retires from (LibRetire / the class vault contract at 0xf4699531e0a5F6e9351a36De3753Deaad329Bf45), can the vault hold credit it will not release (locked, pending, another class), and can a mover change that balance within a transaction to shape the offer (donate credit to the vault, or make the vault's balance read revert)? Does capping tonnes at the vault re-open the round-2 \"saturation bypass\" (both sides of the comparison capped) now that the ceiling exists?\n- Spend-bounded pulls. Is spend + 0.1% + 100 enough slack for the live aggregator's round-up on every batch size (round 2 measured 1-18 micro-USDC); can the aggregator legitimately need more (its DiscountedForwardBalanceContext / rate limiter) so honest batches are passed over forever?\n- Per-depositor dollars. Verify the accounting invariants (USDC balance == sum of usdcOf; nothing moves between depositors); is a remainder that can never be spent possible (a depositor whose ETH is gone and whose carry is under a tonne step, with every batch too small)?\n- The registry constructor. Does registering in the constructor change msg.sender semantics or events in a way an indexer would misread; can the deploy still be front-run (the registry creation itself is one transaction; is there any window left between it and the receiver's deployment that matters)?\n- The clamp read. Is the raw staticcall decode safe against a proxy that returns more than 32 bytes, or an int192 encoded differently; could it ever read a clamp from the wrong phase aggregator?\n- Fee read. Can Aerodrome's factory fee for this pool be changed, by whom, and what does each value do to the rail (0, 30, 300, custom)?\n- Everything else: anything from rounds 1-2 not actually fixed, and anything new.\n\nRules: read-only review; do not modify src/, script/, foundry.toml, lib/ or test/ outside test/scratch/. The three live credits (C02-004 0xE662…, C02-003 0x3D1b…, C02-006 0xb77A…) are plain, non-proxy ERC-20s whose transfer to the vault succeeds (eth_call from the vault at block 52493471), so any holder of one step of the first-ordered credit can create this state before each process() and be the caller that earns the bounty: a self-funding griefing loop (0.00025 ETH bounty per 0.05 ETH batch against Base gas of cents). The second effect is what breaks the round-2 residual: usdcOf is spent in full on the next batch (held = carried + bought at line 257, _offer(credit, held) at line 450), with no bound tied to maxBatch, so a mover that first idles N batches this way and then holds the pool for one window prices the entire accumulated carry at the held price in ONE batch; the documented bound of (24h / processInterval) × maxBatch × (1 − market / ceiling) per day assumes at most one maxBatch of dollars per depositor per interval. Preconditions, stated honestly: (1) the first-ordered credit's vault balance must be below the batch's quote (a depleted class, the state round 2 designed for; the router itself drains C02-004 first at up to ~70 t/day against 2,089 t held), and (2) the griefer must hold at least 1e12 wei of that credit outside the vault. At block 52493471 each credit's totalSupply equals the vault's balance exactly and the class's depositCarbonCredits/withdrawCarbonCredits take a from/to argument (access-managed), so condition (2) is not satisfiable today without Klima minting or releasing credit to a holder; it becomes satisfiable the moment any of these ERC-20s circulates. The one-shot, attacker-free variant (a class that drains to dust retires the dust and carries the rest) is by design and not the finding. Fix that keeps the design: in _offer, when the vault cap binds and the capped spend is under some share of amount (e.g. half), report classEmpty so the batch falls through to the next credit, and only accept a partial offer when no credit can take the batch; and pay the bounty on the dollars actually spent (spent / held) rather than on ethIn. One micro-tonne of the first-ordered credit sent to the class vault makes the whole batch retire 1 µt from that credit while the caller still earns the full bounty on `ethIn`, and about 124 USDC idles as the depositor's carry. The carry is not bounded by `maxBatch` and is spent in full on the next batch, so a mover who idles N batches this way and then holds the pool for one window prices all of it in one batch. That defeats the documented per-interval bound on the held-pump residual. The proof shows 10 griefed batches building a 1,243 USDC carry that one held batch spends at $44/t. Preconditions are stated honestly: the first credit's vault balance must be under the batch's quote, and the griefer must hold a step of that credit. Today every wei of the three credits sits in the vault, so this needs credit to circulate first.\n- **Low (vault cap reads the wrong number).** The class vault is Klima's upgradeable REGEN_CFC class with its own total, liquid, available and reserved tonnage. The router caps at the ERC-20 balance, so once coupons reserve tonnes or forward carbon sits immature, every credit of the class reverts and full batches end in `NothingRetired` again. Today reserved is 0.\n- **Low (stranded carry).** A depositor with USDC carry and zero ETH cannot process at all. Only the same address sending more ETH unlocks it.\n- **Low (liveness).** The interval throttles the one receiver to 0.6 ETH per day. A project netting over 2.4 ETH a day of fees builds a backlog that never drains, and that backlog is what a held pump feeds on.\n- **Info.** The clamp read's address decode reverts on a dirty word, contrary to its \"never a revert\" contract. On the intended Base feed the clamp is inert (minAnswer 1).\n- **Info.** Anyone can front-run the deploy script's final `factory.deploy(1)`, which only makes the broadcast report failure.\n\n**Review questions answered without a finding.** The interval cannot be reset by a skip, revert, forfeited bounty or receiver redeploy. Extra depositors by a mover only spend the mover's own ETH. The fee-exclusive quote is symmetric with the fee the aggregator pays, and on the real factory the fee is 30 bps, bounded at 300 by the fee manager, so the `>= 10000` branch is unreachable. The pull slack of 0.1% plus 100 covers the observed 1 to 18 micro-USDC round-up, and the calm-block retirement left 1 micro-USDC of dust. The per-depositor USDC accounting holds since the aggregator can pull at most the allowance, which never exceeds `held`. Only a new deposit from exactly that msg.sender unlocks it. The remainder is not dust: with the vault cap (line 379-380) the first credit that holds ANY steps is chosen even when it absorbs almost none of the batch, so the carry can be a whole batch minus one step (~124.9 USDC at the intended 0.05 ETH / $2,500) when credit A's vault holds 1e12 (0.000001 t) and B/C are full. If the treasury's net fee intake exceeds ~2.4 ETH/day the receiver's balanceOf grows without bound; nothing is lost, but (a) the stated residual 'per depositor per day' becomes a permanent rate for a mover rather than an opportunistic one, because a full batch is always pending, and (b) the ETH sits unhedged in the router for an unbounded time. Because `_offer` picks the first credit holding any step, the carry can be a whole batch: with one step of credit A left and B/C full, a 0.05 ETH batch retires 0.000001 t and leaves over 124 USDC locked.\n- **Low, RegenRouter.sol:379.** The vault balance read added in round 2 is the only dependency view not wrapped. A credit token whose `balanceOf` reverts or whose code is removed makes every `process` and `plan` revert for all depositors, even though the other two credits are live. The fall-through the fixed order exists for is dead in that state.\n- **Info, RegenRouter.sol:239.** The per-depositor interval caps the bridge receiver, a single depositor for the entire 25 percent Offsets leg, at 0.6 ETH per day. Above roughly 2.4 ETH per day of net treasury fees the receiver's balance grows without bound, which turns the stated residual into a permanent rate for a mover.\n- **Info, DeployRegenRail.s.sol:133.** Preflight checks the ETH leg's pool but never calls the pool quote at `twapGranularity`, the factory fee or the aggregator quotes. A wrong granularity passes preflight and yields an ownerless rail that skips priceOff forever.\n\n**Answers to the review questions, where no defect was found**\n\n- **Ceiling and interval.** The residual formula is right. I re-derived the partial-hold condition under Aerodrome's equal-weighted observation average: at the 2.09x ceiling multiple a mover needs 46 of 48 held intervals, so a partial hold saves about one hour and nothing more. Many depositors do not help a mover, because processing its own deposits loses its own ETH net of fees. `lastRetiredAt` is written only on a real retirement and cannot be reset by a skip, a revert, a forfeit or a receiver redeploy (CREATE2, no selfdestruct). The live aggregator curve is near-linear from 1.25 to 1,250 USDC, so no saturation deadens the relative bar.\n- **Vault cap.** On Base the class vault holds the full supply of all three credits (about 2,089, 2,115 and 1,960 t), so a mover cannot donate credit to shape the offer. The cap does not reopen the saturation bypass: the reference is computed from `spend`, which is uncapped, so a pumped spot still fails the 95 percent bar.\n- **Spend-bounded pulls.** 0.1 percent plus 100 micro-USDC covers the 1 to 18 micro-USDC round-up at every batch size. The fork retirement left 1 micro-USDC of dust.\n- **Per-depositor dollars.** The invariant suite holds; the only gap is the stranded remainder above.\n- **Registry constructor.** Registrant in the event is the deployer; no indexer ambiguity. The only remaining race is someone calling `factory.deploy(1)` before the script's last transaction, which produces the identical receiver and merely fails that transaction.\n- **Clamp read.** Base ETH/USD aggregator returns 32 bytes for `aggregator()`, minAnswer 1, maxAnswer about 2^176. Anyone holding >= 1e-6 t of the first credit can repeat this every interval by transferring one step to the vault before calling process() themselves: cost ~$0.00002 of credit plus Base gas, income 0.5% of the batch (~$0.62 at maxBatch), so the griefing is self-funding. Effect: the project's retirements stall indefinitely (12 dust retirements a day), its ETH is converted and idles as USDC in the router, and the carry grows by ~$125 per batch. CONFIRMED ON THE LIVE AGGREGATOR (Base fork, block 52487479, real Klima diamond, real pool): with the vault reduced to 0.01 t of C004 (C003 still 2,115 t), router.plan(125e6) returns credit C004 / tonnes 1e16 / spend 213,008; process(1, pot) with 0.05 ETH retires exactly 1e16 (0.01 t), leaves usdcOf = 125,882,462 (125.88 USDC parked), pays the keeper 0.00025 ETH and sets lastRetiredAt. A single step (1e12) is refused by the aggregator's own minimum (quoteRetireCreditViaKlima reverts 0x5b65d1e2 for 1e12), so the capture threshold on the live system lies between 1e-6 t and 0.01 t: about $0.21 of credit per captured $125 batch. Precondition today: on Base at the current head every REGEN-C02xxx token's totalSupply equals the vault's balance (2,089 / 2,115 / 1,959 t), so dust is only obtainable through Klima's own deposit/redeem path; the same capture also happens naturally, without a griefer, whenever Klima's own retirements leave >= 1 step of creditA in the vault (one batch per step). Fix: do not stop at the first non-empty offer; take the offer that spends the most of `amount` (all three quotes are already budgeted for in the gas estimate), or fall through when offer.spend < amount * minFillBps / BPS while a later credit offers more; and do not set lastRetiredAt / pay a bounty for a retirement under minBatch's worth.","line":366,"path":"src/regen/RegenRouter.sol","reproduction":"Mock world as in test/unit/RegenRouter.t.sol (22 USDC/t, spot == twap, vault holds 1000 t of B and C). Review is complete. Final report follows.\n\n**Result:** 6 findings (1 medium, 3 low, 2 info) written to `.imd-findings.json`. Two carry Foundry proofs under `test/scratch/` that fail on this commit. All suites pass: `forge test` 201/201, `forge fmt --check` clean, `FOUNDRY_PROFILE=fork` 10/10 (Base at 52335751 and 52487479, Ethereum latest, both public RPCs reachable).\n\n**Findings**\n\n- **Medium, `src/regen/RegenRouter.sol:366` (first-fit plan + vault cap).** The round-2 vault cap makes any offer of at least one step valid, and `_plan` stops at the first credit that offers. A small residue of the first credit in the class vault captures the whole batch: dust retired, the batch's dollars parked as carry, the full bounty paid, the depositor's 2 h slot consumed, while B and C hold thousands of tonnes. Confirmed on the live Klima aggregator at Base block 52487479: vault reduced to 0.01 t of C004, the router retired exactly 0.01 t, parked 125.88 USDC, paid 0.00025 ETH bounty and set the clock, with 2,115 t of C003 available. One single step is refused by the aggregator's own minimum, so the threshold is between 1e-6 t and 0.01 t, about $0.21 of credit per captured $125 batch, under the $0.62 bounty the griefer earns as keeper. Today every REGEN-C02xxx token's total supply sits in the vault, so dust is obtainable only through Klima's own flows; the capture also happens naturally once per residue. Proof: `test/scratch/RegenRouterDustCapture.t.sol`.\n- **Low, `RegenRouter.sol:379`.** The vault read is a bare external call. A paused or upgraded first credit token reverts every `process()` and `plan()` for every project rather than falling through, contrary to the NatSpec. Proof: `test/scratch/RegenRouterBrokenCredit.t.sol`.\n- **Low, `RegenRouter.sol:391`.** Carry is spent all or nothing. A carry plus batch that prices over the ceiling through the thin pool (about 17,000 USDC at today's 15.8k USDC reserve) is unspendable forever and stalls that depositor's future batches too. Reachable through sustained captures above.\n- **Low, `RegenRouter.sol:238`.** The receiver is one depositor, so 12 × 0.05 ETH = 0.6 ETH/day is the cap, while the treasury's Offsets leg is 25% of net fees. A leg above 2.4 ETH/day of net fees backlogs without bound. Nothing is lost.\n- **Info, `RegenRouter.sol:343`.** `abi.decode(ret,(address))` reverts on a dirty 32-byte word, so an odd proxy halts rather than meaning no clamp. Chainlink's proxy is clean.\n- **Info, `script/DeployRegenRail.s.sol:111`.** `deploy(1)` can be front-run after the factory lands; the operator's last transaction reverts AlreadyDeployed though the receiver exists at the predicted address.\n\n**Answers to the review questions**\n\n- **Ceiling and interval.** The stated residual is right for a full hold, and a partial hold is not cheaper: with the 95% bar and the simple mean over 48 time-weighted intervals, a 2.1× pump needs about 46 of 48 intervals held and a 1.2× pump about 36. Many depositors do not help a mover, since its own deposits lose more than the batch gains. `lastRetiredAt` cannot be reset: skips and reverts do not touch it, a forfeited bounty re-credits ETH but keeps the clock, and the receiver cannot be redeployed. The fee-exclusive quote is compared fee-off on both sides, so no exploit there. The liveness point is the low finding above.\n- **Vault cap.** The live aggregator does retire from the vault balance, and donating credit raises the cap only up to the quote. The new issue is the opposite direction: a small balance of the first credit captures the batch. Making the balance read revert halts the rail. No saturation reopening: the reference is computed for the capped spend.\n- **Spend-bounded pulls.** On both fork blocks the live aggregator pulled within the slack (carry of 4 micro-USDC on a full batch). Nothing observed suggests a legitimate pull above 0.1% plus 100.\n- **Per-depositor dollars.** The invariant suite holds; the pull is capped at t","treeHash":null,"usage":{"cachedInputTokens":2790239,"inputTokens":676,"model":"claude-fable-5-1","outputTokens":56852,"runtime":"claude","turns":40,"wallClockMs":1769986}},{"artifacts":[],"attempt":1,"bundleHash":null,"device":"7cb215928f3c9473","findings":[{"citation":"resolved","description":"_plan returns the FIRST credit whose _offer is non-empty, and since the round-2 vault cap (line 379-380) an offer of any size >= TONNE_STEP is valid. When the class vault holds a little of creditA and creditB/C are deep, every batch retires only creditA's dust: process() still takes ethIn = maxBatch, swaps it, pays the caller bountyBps of ethIn (line 241, not of what was retired), sets lastRetiredAt (line 261) and parks the rest in usdcOf (line 260). Anyone who can put dust of creditA in the vault before each interval and call process() themselves is paid for doing it. It also breaks the round-2 residual: usdcOf has no bound tied to maxBatch and is spent in full on the next plan (held = carried + bought), so a mover who parks N batches this way and then holds the pool for one window prices all N batches at the held price in a single retirement. The documented bound of 12 x maxBatch x (1 - market/ceiling) per day assumes at most one maxBatch of dollars per interval. On the live system the aggregator refuses a single 1e12 step, but specialists measured on a Base fork at 52487479 that 0.01 t of C004 left in the vault captures a 0.05 ETH batch (retires 1e16, parks 125.88 USDC, pays 0.00025 ETH). A griefer needs free-floating credit, and today every credit's totalSupply equals the vault's balance. The same capture happens without any attacker whenever Klima's own retirements leave a sliver of creditA. Fix: do not stop at the first non-empty offer. It retires 1e-6 t, pays the full bounty, uses up the depositor's 2-hour slot and parks about 124 USDC as carry. The carry has no limit and is spent in full on the next batch. After 10 captured intervals, one batch with the pool held at $44/t retired 28.39 t for about 1,368 USDC: 11 batches' worth in one go. That breaks the documented per-day limit on what a mover can take. | `DustCapture.t.sol` |\n| low | `RegenRouter.sol:393` | **Saturation bypass is back, via the aggregator.** I checked on Base that the live quoter caps a kVCM-budget quote at the class's liquid supply (6164.218… t, equal to `getLiquidTonnes()`). So when liquid supply is below one batch, the 95% time-weighted check compares L with L and never refuses. A pump in the same transaction, with no hold, then retires up to the $45 ceiling. RegenRouter._tonnesFor (USDC in, spot) and referenceTonnes (kVCM in, TWAP) therefore both saturate at the same number once the batch's dollars buy more than the class holds liquid, and `tonnes < bar * minTonnesBps / BPS` compares L against L: it never refuses. The router's own cap at IERC20(credit).balanceOf(classVault) (line 379-380) does not change this because `spend` is then priced for the capped tonnes and the reference for that spend saturates too. In that state only the ceiling (line 391) is left: a mover pumps the pool in the same transaction (or block) to just under maxUsdcPerTonne and calls process; the batch buys the remaining liquid tonnes at up to 45 USDC/t against a 21.4 USDC/t average, with no capital held across the window. Loss bound: (maxUsdcPerTonne - market) x remaining liquid supply per depletion of the class (about 140 USDC at today's numbers for the last 6 t; it recurs whenever Klima refills the class and it runs down again, and the class is shared by every aggregator user, not only this rail). With the spot held at the pumped level the allowed output ratio is 0.95*(48-k)/(48-0.95k): after 12 h (k=24) the spot may be 10.5% over the average, after 18 h (k=36) 21%, after 22 h (k=44) 63%, and the ceiling (2.1x) binds from k=47. 'Hold for a full day' is the maximum, not the entry price: batches during the ramp are already taken at a premium, and a mover who stops at 22 h is under the ceiling with most of the premium. Second, the ETH leg's minOutBps = 9700 is independent and additive: the same caller can sandwich the V3 leg for up to 3% of the batch, so the per-batch bound is 1 - 0.97 * 21.4/45 = 53.9%, not 52.4%. Third, the capital: the pool at block 52487479 holds 15,768 USDC and 521,302 kVCM; doubling the price in a constant-product pool costs sqrt(2.1)-1 = 45% of the USDC reserve, about 7,100 USDC (the fork test's 8,000 USDC did 2.3x), returned on unwind less 0.3% twice and whatever kVCM holders sell into the pump; '$15k at risk' is the pool's TVL, not the mover's outlay. None of this changes the mechanism; the numbers in docs/REGEN_RAIL.md and the NatSpec at RegenRouter.sol:59-62 should carry the ramp formula, the 3%, and the ~7k figure so the trade is stated as it is. Nothing in `src/`, `script/`, `lib/` or configuration was touched; only `test/scratch/` and `.imd-findings.json` were written.\n\n## Round 3 review of the Regen rail, commit aaa9f66\n\n**Result.** The round-2 fixes hold against the attack they were built for. The full-window hold, the per-depositor interval, the ceiling, the spend-bounded pull, the per-depositor dollars and the constructor registration all do what the brief says. What both rounds missed is one reachable state where the relative bar is void, plus a stranded-remainder edge. Findings are in `.imd-findings.json`: 2 low, 5 info, no high or critical.\n\n**Checks run**\n\n| Check | Result |\n|---|---|\n| `forge test` (default profile, invariants included) | 195 passed, 0 failed |\n| `forge fmt --check` | clean |\n| `FOUNDRY_PROFILE=fork forge test` (Base 52335751 / 52487479, Ethereum latest, public RPCs) | 10 passed, 0 failed |\n| Scratch proofs under `test/scratch/` | 2 fail on this code as intended |\n\n**Findings**\n\n- **Low, relative bar void at low liquid supply (RegenRouter.sol:393).** The live Klima quoter caps the budget quote at the class's liquid supply for both USDC and kVCM input. Verified on Base at block 52487479: a 10M kVCM budget quotes exactly 6164.218 t, the class's liquid tonnes. So once a batch's dollars buy more than the class holds, the actual tonnes and the time-weighted reference saturate at the same number and the comparison never refuses. A same-transaction pump, no hold, then buys the last tonnes at up to the ceiling. Loss is bounded by (ceiling minus market) times the remaining supply per depletion, about 140 USDC today, which is why it is low rather than medium. Proof fails with \"the plan accepted a 2x pump with no hold\". Fix: compare the kVCM the aggregator needs against what the batch's dollars buy at the time-weighted price, with no supply cap in the comparison.\n- **Low, stranded USDC remainder (RegenRouter.sol:237).** A partly absorbed batch leaves most of its dollars in the depositor's remainder. With the ETH balance at zero, process reverts before looking at the remainder, and only that depositor can unlock it. Proof fails with NothingToProcess.\n- **Info, vault cap reads the ERC20 balance (RegenRouter.sol:379).** The vault retires from internal liquid accounting. Forward-maturity, coupon-reserved or donated tokens inflate the balance, and the credit is then skipped as classEmpty instead of partly retired. Today the two numbers are equal for all three credits and reserved tonnes are zero.\n- **Info, clamp decode (RegenRouter.sol:343).** The decode of a dirty address word reverts, so the \"never a revert\" claim is false for a non-Chainlink proxy. Phase reads are consistent.\n- **Info, residual statement (docs/REGEN_RAIL.md:55).** Partial-window holds already move the bar, with the allowed premium at 10% after 12 h, 21% after 18 h and 63% after 22 h. The ETH leg's 3% stacks on top. The pump needs about 7,100 USDC, not the 15k quoted.\n- **Info, receiver throughput (RegenRouter.sol:239).** One depositor at 12 batches a day is 0.6 ETH per day. The Offsets leg is a quarter of net fees, so above 2.4 ETH per day of net fees the backlog grows and keeps a full batch waiting for any mover.\n- **Info, deploy front-run (DeployRegenRail.s.sol:111).** The receiver deploy is permissionless. A third party can land it first, which reverts the script after four correct creations. Nothing is misdirected.\n\n**Questions answered with no finding.** The spend-bounded pull is safe: the retirement recomputes the same quote from the same state, so the pull equals the plan and the slack is never needed. The Aerodrome fee is 30 bps, settable by the fee manager only within 0 to 300, and the reference and the execution read the same value. Per-depositor accounting holds.
