PLEA is a sell-gated meme token on Uniswap v4 paired with IMD: anyone buys, selling needs a plea judged by a 30-seat IdentityMD oracle panel, approved pleas score season points for IMD and PLEA prizes, and every trade pays cashback in staked IMD through imd/acc's Stacker. Solidity 0.8.26, Foundry (cancun, via-IR), a Uniswap v4 hook, IdentityMD Intake v2 callbacks. This is the mainnet code, rehearsed first on Sepolia (launch.json on this commit has the Sepolia settings). Other areas of the same commit are audited by separate jobs; stay on this one.\n\nREAD FIRST, in this repository:\n- audit/THREAT-MODEL.md: actors and trust, the invariants with the agreed numbers (section 2), deliberate behaviour that is NOT a finding (section 3) and the severity scale (section 4). Use that scale.\n- audit/FINDINGS.md: findings already fixed or accepted. Do not re-report them unless the fix is wrong. Check that every fix marked fixed for this area is correct and complete and opens no new path (each names its regression test).\n- README.md (the design and every number), OBJECTIONS.md (Objection!: its Known limits and Decisions are accepted behaviour).\n- Build: forge build --skip test --skip script first (under a minute), then forge test --match-path 'test/{File1,File2}.t.sol' one group at a time (FOUNDRY_PROFILE=full for the invariant, adversarial and fork suites). Never one forge build of the whole tree: one slow via-IR solc job, over a 10-minute limit. CabalGate is 83 bytes under the EIP-170 limit.\n\nFILES IN THIS AREA (read fully; follow calls into other files when needed):\n- src/CabalGate.sol\n- src/Tribunal.sol\n- src/Seasons.sol\n- src/OracleAttestation.sol\n- src/interfaces/IPleaParts.sol\n\nContext: CabalGate takes pleas and appeals, computes the fact score and the need from the hook's hourly checkpoints, pays the 0.5 IMD fee to the Intake with the question, checks the signed verdict (OracleAttestation: EIP-712 then ERC-1271, panel 30, quorum 17, score 0-45) in the Intake's callback, and runs the 7-minute gated sale through the hook; the dead-man (33 hours without a verdict) ends the game. The Tribunal is Objection!: for 20 minutes after an approval a second panel may re-score the plea (0.5 IMD fee + 0.35 IMD stake), sustained when newScore + 2 < need, otherwise overruled, void on no answer; at most two rulings per plea from different wallets. Seasons records each approved plea's min(original, lowest re-score) as points, times 1.2 when the seller holds an IMD seat NFT at record time (run 7), keeps each wallet's best three, pays the top 25 with 60+ points from 450 down to 350 bps of the season pot and the 10,000,000 PLEA bonus in each of the first six seasons, excludes the owner and the launch owner, and flushes what is left to the buy wall after the death.\nChanged since run 6 (FINDINGS.md \"Run 7 changes\"): the seat multiplier (Seasons constructor's fourth argument, pointsFor, holdsSeat, the SeatMultiplier event, _record stores the multiplied points); in CabalGate the recalibrated fact table (_factScoreAt: 16/9/3 at 15%/30%, 7/4/2, 13/8/3, 9/5/0; 0-45) and PASS_MARK 71 (need = 71 - fact); nothing in the Tribunal or OracleAttestation.\nLook hardest at:\n- The verdict path: can any callback (signed answer, unsigned failure, replay, a second answer, a wrong request id, an answer after expiry or after the death) move value, revive the Cabal, approve a plea that should be denied, or leave a plea stuck?\n- The sale: selling without an approval, a different amount, outside the window, twice, through another route, or a transfer that escapes the gate while the Cabal lives; the fee sale for letters (submitFor / appealFor / executeSellFor: only the Letterbox).\n- Fact score and need: hourly checkpoints vs spot, the share bands and the lesser-share rule for appeals, hold time and P&L from the hook's basis, rounding, the 1% / 50% / 2.5M bounds, CannotPass.\n- Objection! economics and state: the two-ruling cap, the pending slot, stake conservation across sustained / overruled / void / expired, checkpointObjection's season booking and UnfundedStake, rulings during and after the death, the hold vs the close grace (40 minutes inside 60).\n- Seasons: record once, held / sustained refusals, the best-three replacement and tie keys, the top-25 insertion, shareBps sum, pot vs accountedPot (claims redeemed through unlockCallback), rollover, the bonus burn, the owner exclusion at record and at close, flushToWall, and every fail-open read (Tribunal, launcher, hook owner, the seat NFT with its 100k gas cap): can any of them block a record or a close, or be made to lie?\n- The seat multiplier: rounding, the uint8 / uint16 bounds (45 x 1.2 = 54 per plea, 162 for three), a seat borrowed for one transaction (accepted, THREAT-MODEL section 3), a malicious seat contract.\n\nReport only issues with a concrete path (who calls what, with which values, what goes wrong), with a Foundry proof where possible (a new test file, not a change to the contracts). The findings file holds one Info item.\n\n**What I checked.** I read all five in-scope files in full, followed the calls into PLEA's transfer rule, the hook's basis, checkpoint, trader resolution and fee paths, PleaLaunch's Tribunal deployment, and the mock Intake. The build and seven test groups pass:\n\n| Suites run | Result |\n|---|---|\n| Gate, Tribunal, TribunalSeasons, AppealRounding, SeatMultiplier, OracleReplay, GasPass | 117 passed, 0 failed |\n\n**Invariants traced (THREAT-MODEL section 2).** Invariants 1 through 13 all hold on this commit:\n\n- **Verdict path (4, 6).** A callback is accepted only from the Intake, for a mapped request id, while Pending, inside 20 minutes and while the Cabal lives. The oracle UUID is consumed and the intake id mapping deleted, so a second answer, a replay or a wrong id fails. A failure clears only the mapped pending plea and moves nothing. A late answer cannot revive the Cabal. The gate and the Tribunal use separate EIP-712 domains, so no cross-replay.\n- **Sale (1, 2).** PLEA reaches the PoolManager only from the gate or the hook, and the gate only pulls inside an approved sale. The sale is the exact approved amount, once, inside 7 minutes. The Letterbox-only entry points check the registered Letterbox and the auto-sell flag.\n- **Fact score (3).** The table, pass mark 71, hourly checkpoints, lesser-share rule, hold time, P&L, trend bands and the 1% / 50% / 2.5M bounds match the agreed numbers. No agreed number changed.\n- **Cooldowns and appeals (5).** At most one plea per 4 hours except the single appeal, which cannot stack with a sale or a lapse of another plea.\n- **Objection! (11, 12, 13).** Two-ruling cap, different objectors, one pending slot, stake leaves exactly once, overruled stakes booked to the plea's season through the Tribunal-only `checkpointObjection` with the funded check, and the 40-minute hold always ends inside the 60-minute grace.\n- **Seasons (7, 8, 9, 10).** Record once, held and sustained refusals, best-three replacement with earlier-plea ties, top-25 insertion order, share table sums to 10,000 and runs 450 to 350, pot never pays beyond `accountedPot`, rollover and bonus burn, owner exclusion at record and close, flush after the last close. Every fail-open read (launcher, Tribunal, hook owner, seat NFT under its 100k gas cap) can only mean no hold, no exclusion or no multiplier. Gas starvation of those reads cannot produce a partial record.\n- **Fixes in FINDINGS.md for this area** (R5-I-1/R6-F-1 markers, R5-I-2 season booking, R6-M-1 lesser share, R6-P-3 excluded seller never held) are correct, complete and covered by their named tests.\n\n**The one finding (Info).** `Seasons.pointsFor` is a public view that casts the multiplied score to uint8 without a bound, so a caller passing a score above 213 gets a wrapped value. No on-chain path is affected because the gate and the Tribunal cap scores at 45, so recorded points stay within 0 to 54 per plea and 162 for three.\n\n**Not covered.** The invariant, adversarial and fork suites behind the full profile were not run in this pass, and the Letterbox and hook internals belong to the other two jobs.","treeHash":null,"usage":{"cachedInputTokens":1638655,"inputTokens":354,"model":"claude-fable-5-1","outputTokens":57541,"runtime":"claude","turns":29,"wallClockMs":951177}},{"artifacts":[],"attempt":1,"bundleHash":null,"device":"e06554fd2816f9d7","findings":[{"citation":"resolved","description":"THREAT-MODEL section 3 accepts that the seat NFT is read at record time with the justification 'record is permissionless, so the seller chooses the moment'. Anyone watching Verdict events can call record the second a plea becomes recordable (verdictAt + 20 minutes + 1 s with the Tribunal, or at the verdict without one; or when a pending objection is ruled or goes stale), and the Letterbox's deliver/settle and a closeSeason id list do the same. recorded[pleaId] is then true forever and the plea counts score x 1.0 instead of x 1.2 (45 -> 54 lost, 9 points per plea, up to 27 over the best three), which can decide a top-25 rank or the 60-point bar. Reproduced: bob records alice's plea at verdict + 20 min + 1 s, alice then mints a seat and gets AlreadyRecorded with 45 points instead of 54. Low as points-only griefing, with a note that Medium is arguable if borrowed seats are a supported path.\n- **Low, CabalGate lapse stamp (line 464).** Flow and economics both reported it. A lapse stores the verdict time, so the cooldown ends 3h53m after the lapse, and the README outcome table promises no cooldown for a lapse at all. Reproduced: the retry at verdict + 8 min reverts Cooldown(verdict + 4h) and succeeds at verdict + 4h. An existing test asserts the verdict stamp, so a fix must change it too.\n- **Info, Seasons.Recorded (line 279)** emits points 0 when a plea does not enter the best three. The callback binds to the gate's own intake id, verifies under the gate's domain, consumes the oracle request id once, checks panel 30 / quorum 17 / agreed, score 0 to 45, pending status, 20-minute expiry and a living Cabal. A second answer, a wrong id, an answer after expiry or death, and the unsigned failure all fail closed. Pending expiry and the callback are the only exits.\n- **Invariants 1, 5, 6 (sale, cooldown, dead-man):** one sale per approval, exact amount, inside 7 minutes, hook refuses sells not unlocked by the gate, PLEA transfers refused for holders. The appeal path cannot bypass the execute or lapse cooldowns because the appeal window equals the cooldown. The dead-man is computed and nothing resets it after death.\n- **Invariants 11 to 13 (Objection!):** two-ruling cap, different objector, one pending slot, void frees the slot, sustain closes. Stakes are conserved: I tested an overruled stake settled after death, all closes and the final flush, and a second `flushToWall` sends it to the wall. The 40-minute hold stays inside the 60-minute grace.\n- **Invariants 7 to 10 (Seasons):** record once, held and sustained refusals, best-three replacement and tie keys, top-25 insertion, share table sums to 10,000, pot and accountedPot cannot diverge, owner exclusion at record and close. The fail-open reads cannot be gas-griefed: an out-of-gas on the Tribunal, launcher, hook-owner or seat read leaves 1/64 of the gas, far less than the rest of `_record` needs, so the whole call reverts rather than recording wrongly.\n- **Seat multiplier bounds:** 45 × 1.2 = 54 fits uint8, 162 fits uint16.\n- **Fixes marked fixed for this area** (R5-I-1, R5-I-2, R6-M-1, R6-P-3): correct and complete, and their regression suites pass. I ran the Gate, Tribunal, TribunalSeasons, TribunalStanding, TribunalOracleBoundary, Seasons, SeatMultiplier, AppealRounding and GasPass suites: 157 tests passed.\n\nNot covered in depth: the hook's basis and checkpoint internals, the Letterbox, and the launch, which belong to areas A2 and A3. The invariant, adversarial and fork suites under the full profile were not run in this session's time budget.","treeHash":null,"usage":{"cachedInputTokens":2125679,"inputTokens":482,"model":"claude-fable-5-1","outputTokens":53385,"runtime":"claude","turns":32,"wallClockMs":1096622}}],"verification":[]}
