Timing contract: 40.000 s at 30 fps, 1200 frames; HIT at frame 1095 = 36.500 s (two ivory frames, then the end card to 40.000 s); the music is marketing/explainer/anthem/explainer-anthem.wav from this repository, used from time zero with no gain change, fade or re-timing (it is mastered, its hit is at 36.500 and it is silent by 39.900). Outputs: 1920x1080, 1080x1080 and 1080x1920, H.264 yuv420p High, AAC 48 kHz, +faststart, exactly 40.000 s, plus a 1920x1080 poster PNG. Check every file with ffprobe (codec, frame count, durations, the cut at 36.500) and redo any that fails. Do not change the timing, the captions, the layers or the end cards; every word on screen stays what the plates and lettered layers carry.
