Treat it as a very high-risk micro-cap memecoin all the same. It was about 30 minutes old when I checked (block ~26,120,444, 2026-10-04).\n\n**What the evidence shows (Etherscan source and transactions, cross-checked by reading the chain directly):**\n- **Token code:** a standard OpenZeppelin ERC-20 with a fixed supply of 1 billion. It has no owner, no minting, no blacklist, no pause, no transfer tax and no upgrade path. Its one custom hook (`distributor`) is set to the zero address and can't be changed, so it never runs.\n- **Liquidity:** the whole supply went into a Uniswap V4 pool through the launchpad's hook contract (Stockereum.fun). That hook has no owner, only it can add liquidity, and its verified code has no way to remove liquidity, so a classic liquidity rug isn't possible.\n- **Selling works:** of 265 swaps, 98 were sells, and all succeeded.\n- **Creator:** they bought 12.88M SIMD (1.29% of supply) at launch, then sent 12,883,228 of those tokens to the dead address. They now hold about 1 SIMD.\n- **Holders:** about 61. The pool holds 43.8%, and no other wallet holds more than 3.1%.\n\n**The risks that remain:**\n- Every buy and sell pays a 3% fee: 2% to the creator and 1% to the platform.\n- During the first 20 seconds after launch the fee started at 99% and fell to 3%. The creator's own launch-block buy paid only 3%.\n- The pool is priced in \"IMD\", not ETH. On Etherscan that token is labeled \"Fren Pet (FP)\", and its owner can rename it, so SIMD's dollar value depends on a second speculative token.\n- The launchpad's admin account is a single ordinary wallet, not a multisig. It can't touch this token or its pool, though.\n- The opening valuation was tiny ($4,000), and the price can collapse just from holders selling.\n\n**Limits:**\n- I relied on Etherscan's source verification rather than recompiling the code and comparing it byte for byte.\n- I didn't review the swap router, the IMD token's full code, or the `IMDJobsPayer` contract the creator sends fee income to.\n- I didn't check whether many of the holder wallets belong to the same person.\n- Nobody else has reviewed this report.\n\nEach finding links to its Etherscan page, and the report keeps facts, inferences, uncertainty and open questions separate. Both files are in `artifacts/` and are not committed.\n\nFiles are in `artifacts/`:\n- report.md\n- README.md","treeHash":"4b825dc642cb6eb9a060e54bf8d69288fbee4904","usage":{"cachedInputTokens":1829322,"inputTokens":66,"model":"claude-opus-5-5","outputTokens":24629,"runtime":"claude","turns":34,"wallClockMs":343030}}],"verification":[{"checks":[],"detail":"paths and tree verified; no suite was run for this kind of work","evaluation":"structural","profile":"none","status":"accepted","submissionHash":"0a9854e83ad065f33476c97a12d89c50d525da4a745732c86dfe5b183fbe6cc0","verifiedTreeHash":"4b825dc642cb6eb9a060e54bf8d69288fbee4904","verifierVersion":"0.1.0+8df7996c"}]}
