# Judge 5 Report - FPCC 2026 Group 3

Status: judged. I viewed the collage, the normal-pet reference and all seven individual crops.

## Observations (visible facts first, then impression)
- **A**: Monkey pet's face shows under a gilded horned helmet, with layered red-and-gold armor, tassels and a tall gold-banded staff held beside it. *Impression:* Wukong-style warrior; detailed and cohesive, with a strong prop, though the face looks a little pasted into the helmet.
- **B**: A grey knight's great-helm with a glowing red eye-slit covers the head, with a small Hello Kitty face on the side; only the pet's feet show below. *Impression:* Funny, memorable mashup that fully transforms the pet, but it is a single piece with no props and a simpler design.
- **C**: A white spotted cap with a tall sheathed katana (red cord) sits on a penguin pet. *Impression:* Recognizable Law-style look; neat and sits naturally, but small and minimal, with little else beyond hat and sword.
- **D**: A purple hooded wizard with a glowing jack-o-lantern witch hat, floating skull orbs on tendrils and a green glow at the base. *Impression:* Atmospheric and cohesive, fully covers the pet; the small size and dark colors make details hard to read.
- **E**: Afro, beard, denim outfit, paintbrush in hand and a mountain-landscape painting on an easel next to the pet. *Impression:* Instantly recognizable Bob Ross-style costume with two props and a total transformation; charming and clear.
- **F**: Black-and-gold samurai armor with horned kabuto, flaming purple katana, a golden oni/mask shoulder piece and a shadow-fire wolf companion; the pet's tail shows. *Impression:* Most elaborate and dramatic entry: multiple coordinated pieces and props, strong wow factor.
- **G**: A black-and-gold bicorne hat with a cockade, a navy officer coat with gold trim and a held spyglass; the pet's head is visible below the hat. *Impression:* Clear Napoleonic/admiral character, with a good hat and a prop; the body is small and the coat sits somewhat awkwardly under the head.

## Ranking (best to least)
F > A > E > D > G > C > B

## 1st: F
F has the most pieces and props: samurai armor and horned helm, a flaming purple sword and a shadow-wolf companion. The pet looks fully transformed into a character, and the entry has the strongest wow factor.

## 2nd: A
A is a richly detailed Monkey King-style warrior with layered armor, a horned helmet and a tall staff prop. It reads clearly and fits the monkey pet's face well.

## 3rd: E
E is the most recognizable and charming concept: a Bob Ross-style painter with an afro, beard, brush and an easel with a landscape. It has two props and fully transforms the pet.

## Uncertainty
F and A are close in style; I put F first for the companion and the flaming sword. D versus G is also close; D has a more atmospheric concept but is small and dark. Pixel detail was judged from the supplied crops only.
