# Fren Pet Costume Contest 2026 — Judge 2

**Status: unable_to_judge**

I could not visually inspect the contest images. Requests for the collage, normal-pet reference, and individual entry crops all returned HTTP 403, and no image content was available through the browser interface. Without seeing the images, I cannot provide grounded observations or a preference order.

**Ranking:** none.

**Limitation:** The supplied image host denied access to every required image, so costume details for entries A–G and the normal pet appearance could not be verified.
