16 original persona options: four authors, four doers, four judges, four predictors. Each persona is a **1024 × 1024 PNG, RGBA**, with transparent exterior pixels. Each complete alpha bounding box has at least 100 pixels of empty margin on all sides. The contact sheet is a **1600 × 1744 RGB PNG**, four columns and four rows, on black, in author / doer / judge / predictor order. Labels occur only on the contact sheet.

## Tool and provenance

Illustration generation: the installed `mcp__image__generate_image` tool, one distinct prompt per persona, requested size 1024x1024. **The service does not expose its underlying model name or version. Both are unknown**, rather than guessed. Finishing: Python 3 with Pillow 13.0.0 and NumPy 2.5.4. These are production tools only; the delivered PNGs need no runtime dependencies.

References were visually inspected by the illustrator/agent and translated into the prompts; the image service has no reference-image input parameter. No reference pixels were pasted or traced. References used: `brand/mark.png` (dark thick outlines, eye cream, spots and toad style), `brand/colors.md` (palette), `toad-head/front.png` and `toad-head/three-quarter.png` (toad figure construction). Judges additionally use only the mask shape from `explainers/imd/nft-1.png`. No other repository source was used.

## Drawing / finishing method, applying to every row

Original generation produced genuine RGBA transparency but oversized 1254-pixel canvases, tight framing, and tonal shading. Those raw exports were rejected as final deliverables. Each final PNG was regenerated by deterministic finishing, without another model call: preserve model alpha, set alpha below 12 to zero, smooth RGB with a 7x7 median filter, snap RGB to the finite flat palette below, smooth quantization noise with a 5x5 mode filter, crop to the nonzero-alpha bounds, resize proportionally to fit 820x820 using premultiplied-alpha Lanczos, then center on a new 1024x1024 transparent canvas. Fully transparent pixels have RGB zero. Saturated yellow-green skin pixels were restricted to the three skin greens. Doer light green fills were remapped to medium green, and judge light/medium green fills to dark green, to distinguish the roles. No opaque background was left in place. Hard-edged color regions replace generated gradients; antialiasing remains at edges.

Judge-v2's original badge placed the eye ring above its eye slits; judge-v4's original badge rendered an elongated slit instead of a circular eye ring. Both were rejected in that state. Their badge interiors were redrawn in flat near-black, with two angled white polygon eye slits and one circular white ring underneath, retaining the green/violet outline and pointed mask. This is a local drawing repair, not a new image-model generation. All four final badges were visually reviewed.

Judge-v1's first palette conversion incorrectly mapped its pale yellow-green chin to gold. That intermediate PNG was rejected. The chin was restricted to dark palette green and the eye fills to cream before the final export. Early palette conversions with isolated quantization flecks were also rejected; median/mode smoothing and a stricter saturated-skin mask repaired them in every final file.

Judge robe shadow gray `#182019` was merged into `#303A32` to eliminate residual tonal flecks while retaining dark green fold outlines. The full set was reviewed at 96px against both `#000000` and `#0D120E`, and at larger sizes for prop details. Predictor coin stacks each visibly contain at least six individually separated layers. No additional image-model generations or discarded candidates exist.
