# SWARM CAFE — round 4, step b

Four lines, twelve products, twenty-four image files. All art is flat and straight-on, with no mockups, shadows, gradients, neon or external brand marks. Workers have a square outline body, an open centre diamond and simple limbs. The sign and menu outlines are part of their depicted objects, not frames around the output.

## 1 — open

**Question:** If the swarm ran a corner cafe, what's on its sign?

**Answer:** Its sign says “open” in warm, generous diner lettering, with a small worker offering a coffee below it. The arrow quietly sends everyone toward the same counter.

**Palette:** bottle green #284F43, terracotta #B65C3D, oat #F4E8D2; Natural tee and Oyster tote. The cap translates the worker and arrow into green #01784E and orange #E25C27 thread on Stone.

## 2 — night shift

**Question:** What's the swarm's house blend, and what's on the bag?

**Answer:** The house blend is “night shift,” imagined as a comforting roast for the late counter. Its folded bakery-style bag carries two coffee beans while a tiny worker finishes the packing stamp.

**Palette:** quiet navy #333E59, kraft #A67843, oat #F4E8D2; Soft Cream tee and White mug. The Khaki cap uses navy #333366 and kraft #A67843 thread.

## 3 — gm

**Question:** What's on the swarm's diner menu?

**Answer:** The menu offers a sunny egg and a coffee under “gm,” with a worker carrying the first cup out. “PASS” treats breakfast like one small job successfully completed.

**Palette:** diner blue #314E64, yolk #D3A447, terracotta #B65C3D, oat #F4E8D2; Vintage White tee and Oyster tote. The Stone cap reduces the plate to blue #005397, white #FFFFFF and yellow #FFCC00 thread.

## 4 — job done

**Question:** What's printed on the swarm's cup sleeve?

**Answer:** A small square-and-diamond worker raises its arms on a sage cup sleeve. “job done” makes the finished coffee the whole reward.

**Palette:** coffee brown #603E32, sage #7C8965, oat #F4E8D2; Heather Dust tee and White mug. The Khaki cap uses burgundy #660000 and leaf #7BA35A thread.

## File register

Every row describes **both named files individually**. PNG files are RGBA `image/png`; SVG files are `image/svg+xml` with exact matching width, height and viewBox. All SVG sources are **native vector, not traced**: hand-built geometry and outlined lettering, with no embedded raster images, external resources or runtime fonts. Letter outlines derive from DejaVu Serif Bold and DejaVu Sans Mono. SVGs are the delivered editable sources; PNGs were rendered directly from them.

The slashes in the word inventory separate repeated mug sides; they are not printed. All lettering preserves the specified spelling and case. The highest visible word count is four, in each mug wrap. Caps contain no lettering.

## Placement and production notes

Worker-selected choices: line names, compositions, palettes, blanks, the cap option for every small mark, tote for lines 1 and 3, mug for lines 2 and 4, and the print sizes below. These are design decisions made for this assignment, not requester-supplied specifications. The house-blend description is a creative concept, not a claim about an existing coffee product.

All tees have transparent margins and top-centred artwork. The first visible artwork occurs at y=212, 212, 211 and 200 px for lines 1–4 respectively, with lower garment space left clear. Size the **visible artwork**, rather than the full transparent canvas, to 10.5 inches wide; place its top about 2.5 inches below the collar. Visible bounds (inclusive x1,y1–x2,y2): 11 = 302,212–1497,1187; 21 = 324,212–1476,1285; 31 = 437,211–1362,1383; 41 = 485,200–1294,1339. The tallest design at this width is approximately 14.8 inches high.

For embroidery, trim transparent margins when digitizing and sew the visible mark at 2.75 inches wide for 12, 22 and 42, and 2.5 inches wide for 32. All fit within a 2-inch front height at these sizes. Shapes are deliberately bold, without tiny lettering, hairlines or gradients. These files are artwork for digitization, not machine stitch files.

Totes: centre the visible artwork at approximately 10 inches wide. All tee, cap and tote images have transparent backgrounds; the oat shapes inside signs, bags, menus and cups are intentional printed ink, not a canvas background.

Mugs: #F4E8D2 covers the complete 2700 × 1050 wrap, including every edge. The non-background motif bounds on 23 are x=349–1000 and x=1699–2350, each 652 px wide, centred within 0.5 px of x=675 and x=2025. The bounds on 43 are x=430–920 and x=1780–2270, each 491 px wide and centred exactly at x=675 and x=2025. Both sides are below the 830 px maximum, with clear handle-side space. The cream background is part of the supplied full-bleed artwork.

## Completed checks and limitations

- Decoded all 12 PNGs and verified the exact dimensions listed above; each has real RGBA image data.
- Re-rendered all 12 SVGs and verified byte-identical PNG results. Confirmed self-contained vector paths, matching dimensions/viewBoxes, no raster references, gradients or external font dependencies.
- Verified 2–4 flat source colours per design; every cap colour matches the permitted thread palette.
- Verified transparency for all ten non-wrap images and complete opaque coverage for both full-bleed wraps.
- Checked visible words and case against the allowed vocabulary and counted repeated words on both mug sides.
- Measured tee placement and mug artwork bounds, width limits and two-sided centres from the actual PNG pixels.
- Visually inspected a final contact sheet containing all twelve final renders for the cafe lane, breathing room, worker identity, flat colour and legibility.

Unmet visual requirements: none identified in the local review. Physical print proofs, fabric colour matching and embroidery sew-outs have not been performed; stitch digitization and a physical sample remain production steps. Raster edge antialiasing does not introduce additional design inks. The image files require no installed dependencies or network access to view; the native SVGs require only an SVG-capable viewer.
