30.000-second vertical video for moneycanbuy.fun.

Tools: Python 3.12 standard library, vendored Pillow 13.0.0 wheel (Linux x86-64 / CPython 3.12), FFmpeg 6.1.1 / libx264 and FFprobe. Offline rebuild from repository root: `python3 src/build.py`. No network, model, stock, voice or external image source is used. All synthesis and composition code is in src/build.py, with a duplicate under artifacts/src.

## Self-check

- PASS: duration 30.000000 s; 720 frames, constant 24/1 fps; 1080×1920; H.264 High, yuv420p; AAC 48 kHz stereo, duration 30.000000 s; faststart; 2.10 MB.
- PASS: exact captions from the scene list rendered in Quicksand Bold 80 px, max two lines, common baselines 206 / 310, white. Each decoded midpoint is included in contact-sheet.png for visual verification.
- PASS: safe-zone.md audits every sixth frame with zero FAIL; bounds are also asserted on all 720 frames. Every band is at least 920 px wide.
- PASS: one active scene group per frame, hard cuts at exact scene boundaries, each on a 120 BPM beat. No crossfades. Every pre-28-second scene has continuous eased translation/scale; exact frame hashes check the repetition limit.
- PASS: no additional numerical scene text; original screenshot numbers remain untouched. Only captions and the domain are typeset outside screenshots.
- PASS: source PNGs are never edited. Only uniform resampling and permitted rectangular crops are used; source SHA256 values are below. No NFT image is used: the explicit 14-scene sequence shows the real NFT vote UI.
- PASS: final decoded AAC satisfies all MUSIC limits; see audio-check.md. Original notes, percussion, riser and UI synthesis are generated on a 48 kHz timeline, without retiming or looping an audio clip.

## Scope and interpretation

The explicit 14 scenes govern the edit: there is no additional swarm, trophy, burn or payout card. Scene 12 is the verdict on the requested drop; scene 13 uses the requested verdict band and coin tick. Scene 1 is a tight title crop, scene 2 a tight posted-reward-line crop, excluding the address row. Screenshot content is preserved; the two specifically requested green tap rings are the only overlays inside screenshot rectangles. The Total-line ring fits the existing question-mark control; the vote ring fits wholly inside its button. Final card assets retain their original aspect ratios and pixels apart from uniform resampling. No other decorative image, fake UI or outside URL appears.

## Additional final-file validation

PASS: all 720 decoded frame timestamps equal frame index / 24 (within 2 microseconds). MP4 atom order confirms faststart. Longest identical decoded-frame run before 28 s: 2. All listed repository SHA256 hashes match after rendering. Source and artifact source copy match byte for byte. Required outputs are present. The decoded midpoint contact sheet was visually checked for exact caption wording, unobscured text, source cropping and final-card layout.
