# BTC-USD PaperTrade decision: unavailable live evidence

No evidence-based trade decision could be produced. The required live Hyperliquid data could not be fetched, so entry mid, direction, target, liquidation estimate and conditional return are not reported as observed or calculated results.

## Source and failed retrieval

The specified primary source is the [Hyperliquid info API](https://api.hyperliquid.xyz/info), whose request formats are documented in the [official info endpoint documentation](https://hyperliquid.gitbook.io/hyperliquid-docs/for-developers/api/info-endpoint).

Retrieval was attempted for BTC 1-minute candles over 60 minutes, 5-minute candles over 6 hours, 15-minute candles over 24 hours, metaAndAssetCtxs, l2Book and recentTrades. The runtime rejected network access with:

> Network access to "api.hyperliquid.xyz" was blocked: local/private network addresses are blocked by the sandbox policy.

A separate curl request for the mandatory live l2Book returned the same rejection. No API response was obtained. The documentation page was accessible, but contains no live market evidence on which to base this trade.

## Limits and verification

Facts: both live retrieval attempts were rejected by the execution environment. Inference: choosing a current trade from the requested evidence is therefore unsupported. Unanswered: current mid, volatility, trend, book imbalance, funding, support and resistance, and the relative likelihood of target versus liquidation.

No price, timestamp of a successful fetch, confidence estimate or directional edge has been invented. This is a runtime access failure, not missing requester information; no requester-input blocker file was created. No position was opened. Verification consisted of checking that this report exists and records the retrieval failure; market calculations could not be checked without market data.
