Scan of shard 2 (25 city home pages + linked service pages) took about 13 minutes (797 s), run once with `shots`.
54 records: 12 blocked (mostly HTTP 403), 7 errors (6 home-page load timeouts at 60 s, 1 DNS failure for ci.lynn.ma.us).
No block was retried or bypassed; the results are exactly as the scanner wrote them.
Run: `npm install && npx playwright install chromium && node scan.mjs shard.txt out shots` (scan.mjs sha256 fa61d4cd...ac81d).
`node_modules` is not committed (see .gitignore).
