# Ethereum contract and holder-wallet review

**Contract:** `0xbB0c1F82A2ea0253ea3D91c2f05cADed82133415`
**Network:** Ethereum mainnet
**Research date:** 5 October 2026. On-chain state pinned to block **26,122,946**, timestamp **2026-10-05 01:41:35 UTC**, hash `0x0d71f401a371252616a16c88e9cde786e65a706ea46598ce28aaf2701d8c2f0f`.

## Assessment

The address is **Super Intelligent Identity (SIMD)**, an ERC-20 launched approximately nine hours before the snapshot. The displayed token source has a simple fixed-supply design, with no exposed owner, mint, blacklist, tax-setting, pause, or upgrade function. The live distributor is zero, disabling the source's optional external transfer callback. These are favorable technical observations, **not a safety certification or proof that every holder can sell**.

The main concerns are a very short trading history, meaningful large-wallet holdings, liquidity predominantly quoted against another token (IMD), and unresolved liquidity ownership and wallet relationships. The largest address is Uniswap V4 infrastructure, not an individual whale. There is insufficient evidence to call the other holders insiders, bots, independent investors, or a coordinated group.

## Evidence and method

Primary on-chain reads used [Ethereum PublicNode](https://ethereum-rpc.publicnode.com): `eth_getBlockByNumber`, `eth_getTransactionReceipt`, `eth_getCode`, `eth_call`, `eth_getBalance`, and `eth_getTransactionCount`. Exact responses, including full wallet code and raw balances, are in [rpc.json](evidence/rpc.json). Token reads and all 25 holder checks use the same block parameter, generated programmatically; returned block numbers were converted back to decimal and checked.

The address list and labels came from the [Etherscan holder page](https://etherscan.io/token/generic-tokenholders2?a=0xbB0c1F82A2ea0253ea3D91c2f05cADed82133415&s=1000000000000000000000000000&p=1), retrieved around 01:40 UTC. Its captured visible text is [here](evidence/holders-explorer.txt). Labels are explorer attribution, not verified legal identities. The first 25 listed addresses were checked on-chain; this is **not a fresh ranking of all holders**.

Market figures are a separate, unpinned [DEX Screener API snapshot](https://api.dexscreener.com/latest/dex/tokens/0xbB0c1F82A2ea0253ea3D91c2f05cADed82133415), retrieved during this research and saved [here](evidence/dexscreener.json). They are third-party estimates rather than independently reconstructed pool reserves.

## Contract findings: observed facts and implications

- **Identity and supply:** direct calls return name “Super Intelligent Identity”, symbol “SIMD”, 18 decimals, and total supply **1,000,000,000 SIMD**.
- **Deployment:** [transaction](https://etherscan.io/tx/0xf6f58c7a775e8587f73add13247329befa4c6bbcb55aa09f029dba6d5255cead), block **26,120,280**, **2026-10-04 16:46:59 UTC**. The receipt records a mint of the full supply to `0x322dcec4958c14e021a9f1cd49df11b9457968cc`. This initial recipient is not the creator address; its role and subsequent distribution were not established.
- **Creator:** live `creator()` returns `0xe132be23ce6255930556a45406075e62fb6340c0`, also labeled contract creator by Etherscan. Its snapshot SIMD balance is only **1.0289282212432793 tokens**. This does not establish its historical sales, gains, or control of other wallets.
- **Factory:** `factory()` returns `0xc6b080ded03c3382476a76345e79f82bd480977b`. The displayed source sets this to the constructor's `msg.sender`; factory and liquidity-management code were not audited.
- **Source assurance:** [Etherscan contract tab](https://etherscan.io/address/0xbB0c1F82A2ea0253ea3D91c2f05cADed82133415#code) says **“Source Code Verified” / “Similar Match”**, contract `LaunchToken`, compiler `0.8.26`, optimized 200 runs. It also says **“No Contract Security Audit Submitted”**. [Captured LaunchToken source](evidence/LaunchToken.sol) imports OpenZeppelin ERC20, mints in the constructor, and exposes immutable creator/factory/distributor values. No independent compilation or exact bytecode reproduction was performed; conclusions about absent controls are based on this displayed source/ABI and inspection of retrieved runtime, not an exhaustive audit.
- **Transfer callback:** source contains `if (from != address(0) && distributor != address(0))` followed by `IHolderDistributor(distributor).onTransfer(...)`. Live `distributor()` is the zero address; its immutable value means this callback path is disabled for this deployment. The source does not deduct a transfer tax. Pool fees or hooks can still affect trades.
- **Project claims:** live metadata describes “Autonomous intelligence operating across the Identity.md network.” It gives `https://www.si-md.xyz/` and `https://x.com/SuperIMD_eth`. These are issuer-supplied claims, not independently authenticated affiliations. The presence of an IMD trading pair does not prove endorsement or partnership.

## Holder analysis

**Data-quality finding:** Etherscan reports 278 holders, but its analytics cohorts total 260. Its summary claims top-five concentration of 35.94% and top-ten of 44.07%; these do not match the actual displayed balances or the on-chain sample. Accordingly, those summary percentages, its Gini score, and “whale” classifications are not used as reliable conclusions.

At the pinned block, the first five listed addresses together hold **30.0108%** of supply; the first ten **39.0709%**; all 25 sampled addresses **57.3401%**. These are calculated from exact `balanceOf` results, not rounded explorer percentages. Excluding Pool Manager, the nine wallets in listed positions 2–10 hold **20.4686%** of total supply. These are address-level concentrations; the number of beneficial owners is unknown.

“Nonce” is the RPC account nonce, not total incoming/outgoing transfers, wallet age, or a count of people. Delegated accounts can act through sponsored transactions. Zero ETH therefore does not mean a holder cannot sell.

### Wallet-specific interpretation

**Pool Manager (position 1):** `0x000000000004444c5dc75cb358380d2e3de08a90` has contract code and holds **18.6023%** of SIMD. Its approximately 45,411 ETH belongs to shared infrastructure accounting across pools, not to the SIMD project. A manager balance is not proof that liquidity is locked, or a reserve measurement for one pool. Position ownership, withdrawal rights, pool hooks, and active liquidity ranges remain unverified.

**Early large buyer (position 3):** [Etherscan's wallet page](https://etherscan.io/address/0xED5e1768d6E59B1262827Fb311fc9D1292De5155) states “Funded By OKX: Hot Wallet 3” and “First: 32 days ago.” These are explorer observations; a common exchange funder would not prove shared ownership. Its [swap transaction](https://etherscan.io/tx/0x7af6fe75d204a3ab7e558bdbe69fabc16fcd6b5baf29888fc88b45f35a5d1eaf), at **17:01:11 UTC on 4 October**, is shown as a 0.3 ETH outgoing interaction with “OKX Labs: DEX Router.” The retrieved receipt directly confirms **29,249,410.792487815 SIMD** transferred from Pool Manager to this wallet, matching its entire snapshot balance. **Inference:** it acquired this stake about 14 minutes after deployment and its net balance was unchanged from that acquisition at the snapshot. This does not prove there were no intervening transfers, nor that it is an insider.

**Sparse-history accounts:** positions 3, 12, 16, and 21 have nonces 2, 11, 6, and 1. These merit historical funding/transfer review, but low nonce alone does not establish newly created or coordinated wallets.

**Delegated-account pairs:** positions 2 and 19 have the same `0xef0100` delegation target, `0x63c0c19a282a1b52b07dd5a65b58948a07dae32b`, and together hold **5.4422%** of supply. Positions 18 and 23 share target `0xe6cae83bde06e4c305530e199d7217f42808555b`, hold zero ETH, have nonce 1, and together hold **2.2374%**. Their explorer pages show no ordinary transactions but token-transfer activity. [EIP-7702](https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-7702) specifies the delegation indicator as `0xef0100 || address`. **Inference:** these pairs use common account implementations. **Not established:** a common signer, controller, funder, or coordinated buying. Shared wallet software is not sufficient evidence of common ownership.

**Dead address (position 14):** holds **12,883,228 SIMD (1.2883%)**. It is conventionally treated as inaccessible, but this is a balance at an address, not an ERC-20 burn that reduced `totalSupply()`. It should be separated from sell-capable investor holdings.

For all other sampled wallets, the table documents balances, nonces, and code status only. No beneficial-owner attribution, profitability estimate, bot designation, or “smart money” claim is supported.

## Trading and liquidity snapshot

DEX Screener lists six Uniswap V4 pools. The dominant [SIMD/IMD pool](https://dexscreener.com/ethereum/0x99de115f6fcf3a505e94a16175fbb34a304425f9a72a2e091c60fb723dc39a4e) reports approximately **$47,380.82 liquidity**, **$0.0001495 per SIMD**, **$149,514 FDV**, and **$411,270.94 rolling 24-hour volume**, with 984 buys and 580 sells. Since the token was less than a day old, that window mostly covers its launch period.

Across all six listed pools, reported liquidity totals **$50,866.90**; the IMD pool accounts for approximately **93.15%**. Other quotes are ETH, USDC, and USDT, with much smaller reported liquidity. **Inference:** exit capacity is thin and strongly dependent on IMD's own valuation and liquidity. These reported USD amounts are not cash reserves or executable guarantees. V4 pool identifiers here are 32-byte IDs, not standalone 20-byte pair-wallet addresses.

Reported sells support the existence of trading activity, but no independent sell simulation was performed. Volume can include repeat traders or wash trading; neither unique buyer demand nor absence of manipulation has been established. No LP-lock proof was obtained.

## Uncertainty and unanswered questions

A full deployment-to-snapshot Transfer-log reconstruction was attempted first using PublicNode in 500-block ranges. It returned `-32602: Archive requests require a personal token`. A fallback to `eth.llamarpc.com` returned a non-JSON/empty response. This research therefore does **not** claim a complete historical distribution, full holder census, wallet cluster graph, or verified buy/sell histories for all holders.

Still unresolved: who controls the factory and initial recipient; who owns/removes V4 positions; whether hooks constrain swaps; cross-wallet funding links; realized profits; launch allocations and sniping; complete creator distribution; contract compilation equivalence; authenticity of project affiliations; and present state after the pinned block.

**Decision implication:** the available evidence supports a simple token implementation and active trading, but not an unconditional “safe” verdict. Concentration, extremely short history, IMD-dependent liquidity, and unresolved liquidity/wallet control are material uncertainties before taking exposure.
